Who is the academy for?
Anyone who wants to sell or support SmartBiz: resellers, regional partners, MTN staff, and anyone curious. Anyone can open the lessons; a free account saves your progress and opens the exams.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Both courses, the exams and the certificates are free.
How do I register?
Tap Sign in and enter your WhatsApp number. The first time, also enter your name as it should appear on your certificate. We send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp. There is no password. Resellers use the number SmartBiz added them with.
What if I do not pass?
You have 3 tries. After the third, wait 2 days, then you have 3 more. The results page shows which lessons to look at again.
How long is a certificate valid?
12 months. Anyone can check it with its code or its QR code.
Can I learn in French?
Yes. Every lesson, video and exam is in French and English. Switch language at the top of any page.
Do I need a certificate to become a reseller?
Yes. SmartBiz adds a reseller only once their WhatsApp number holds a valid Accredited Reseller certificate: pass Foundations, then Selling SmartBiz. A reseller whose certificate ends is paused until they pass again; the businesses they brought stay theirs.
