Choosing the package
You will learnA simple way to recommend Core, Advance or Elite, and when to suggest the trial or yearly payment.
A simple rule
- Core (4 990 FCFA a month): a business of one to three people that wants to be online with a website, a .cm address, a logo and up to 3 emails. This is most small businesses.
- Advance (14 990 FCFA a month): a business with a team, up to 7 emails, that wants WhatsApp4Business and Kaspersky security.
- Elite (24 990 FCFA a month): a business that wants customised branding and customised WhatsApp4Business, with up to 10 emails.
Start where the business is. It is better to start on Core and move up later than to sell a package the owner does not use and then lose them at renewal.
The trial. For an owner who wants to see their website first, offer the 7-day trial for 100 FCFA (Foundations, lesson 3). Be clear that the .cm address and emails come with the subscription.
Monthly or yearly. Monthly is easiest to start. Yearly saves 15% and suits an owner who is sure: on Core it is 50 898 FCFA instead of 59 880 FCFA.
