"It is too expensive." Core is 4 990 FCFA a month, about 166 FCFA a day, for a website, a .cm address, a logo and business emails. Ask what one new customer is worth to them. Offer the trial for 100 FCFA if they want to see it first.

"Is this really MTN?" Yes. It is SmartBiz by MTN Business, on smartbiz.mtn.cm, paid with MTN MoMo on the customer's own phone. Show them the website on their own phone, not only on yours.

"What if I want to stop?" Monthly payment means they decide every month. If they stop paying, the website goes offline but is kept, and paying again brings it back.

"I am not good with technology." The form is a few questions on the phone, in French or English, and everything after that is on WhatsApp, which they already use.

"I will think about it." Fine. Leave your WhatsApp link, and follow up once, a few days later. Never push.
