Your earnings

What earns. Every payment made by a business you brought, during its first 12 months, earns you a share. That includes its first payment and its renewals in those 12 months. Your rate is shown in your reseller portal.

When it can be paid. Each payment waits 7 days, then shows as earned. SmartBiz pays what is earned to your MoMo number, and each payout appears under Payouts in your reseller portal, with its date.

Where to see it. Send reseller to the SmartBiz number and choose My earnings or My businesses, or open your reseller portal at reseller.smartbiz.cm. You see each business you brought, its payments, what you earned and what is still to be paid.

Your partner. Most resellers belong to a regional partner, shown in your reseller menu. Your partner can help you, and is your first contact for questions about your region.
