What SmartBiz is

SmartBiz by MTN Business gives a small business what it needs to be found and to sell, in one subscription paid with MoMo. The owner answers a short form on their phone, and SmartBiz makes the rest:

• a logo and a brand kit (business cards, social media covers, email signature, letterhead, a brand guide);
• a website with the business's own words and pictures, that can sell, take bookings or take orders;
• a .cm web address, for example chezmarie.cm;
• business email addresses on that web address, for example contact@chezmarie.cm;
• a portal to run it all, and a WhatsApp menu on the SmartBiz number.

The owner needs no designer and no technical skills. Everything is made from their answers, and everything can be changed later from the portal or WhatsApp.

Who gains most. Any business that wants more customers: shops, restaurants and caterers, salons, hotels and guest houses, tailors, garages, schools, churches, consultants and every kind of service. A business that already sells on WhatsApp gains a website, a real web address and emails that make it look established.

Why it is different. It is paid with MoMo, in FCFA, every month or every year. It works in French and English. And it is run from WhatsApp, which the owner already uses every day.
