How a SmartBiz payment works. The customer pays on smartbiz.mtn.cm. A MoMo payment request arrives on their own phone. They check the amount and approve it by typing their own PIN. That is the only way to pay for SmartBiz.

The rules

Never ask for a customer's MoMo PIN, and never type it for them, even if they ask you to. If anyone asks for a PIN, it is a scam.
Never take money yourself. No cash and no transfer to your number or anyone's. SmartBiz is paid only through the checkout, with the customer's own MoMo.
Check the amount together. It must be the package price: 4 990, 14 990 or 24 990 FCFA a month, the yearly price, or 100 FCFA for a trial.
SmartBiz never asks for a PIN in a message. A message that does is not from SmartBiz.

If something goes wrong. If a payment request does not arrive, the customer can try again from the checkout. If they paid twice, or think they did, ask them to check their MoMo history before paying again.
